Repair Laboratory
At Trescal we have our own in-house Repairs Department.
When a test instrument comes to us for repair an authorisation form will be faxed to the customer with the price of the investigation fee.
The authorisation form must be faxed back to Trescal with a valid purchase order number, customer's signature and agreement of the price before further work can be carried out.
After the investigation process has taken place, a quotation, for the total price will be sent to the customer, this must be agreed, in writing, before the repair is undertaken.
Please be assured that we will endeavour to repair and return the instrument as quickly as possible.
All general repairs are undertaken including RF & Microwave.
